By accessing or using the Wolla application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the App. This Agreement applies to all users, including those who upload photos, use editing features, or interact with any content on the App.
Wolla provides an AI-powered photo editing service that transforms user-uploaded images into cinematic-style stills. The App offers various editing styles, access to creation history, and sharing functionalities. Wolla reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice.
The service is provided on an "as-is" basis, and Wolla does not guarantee specific results from the editing features. The availability of the service may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for all content you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you confirm that:
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the service or other users' experience.
All intellectual property rights in the Wolla App, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content provided by Wolla (excluding User Content), are owned by Wolla. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without explicit permission.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using the App, you grant Wolla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., applying edits, saving to your creation history, enabling sharing features).
Edited versions of your photos created using Wolla ("Edited Content") are considered derivatives of your User Content. You own the Edited Content, and Wolla’s license to such content is limited to the same purposes as stated above.
Wolla allows you to access your creation history, which includes copies of your uploaded photos and edited versions. This data is stored to enable you to revisit and manage your edits. You may delete your creation history at any time through the App’s settings.
Wolla reserves the right to remove or delete content from creation history if it violates this Agreement or if the App is unable to maintain storage due to technical limitations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before removing such content, where feasible.
The App may allow you to share your Edited Content through integrated sharing tools. By using these features, you acknowledge that shared content may be accessible to third parties via the platforms you choose to share on (e.g., social media). Wolla is not responsible for how third parties use or display shared content.
You agree not to share content that violates this Agreement or the terms of service of any third-party platform.
Wolla may update this Agreement from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
Wolla may restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to use the service, but sections related to intellectual property, liability, and data retention will remain in effect.
You may stop using the App at any time, which will terminate your rights under this Agreement, except for the sections that explicitly survive termination.
Wolla is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or harm resulting from third-party use of your content. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
Wolla does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the edited content generated by the App. You use the edited content at your own risk.
